    100k-110K base + 50% bonus + car allowance + benefits + 401K


    Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector of the building products industry, specializing in exterior building envelope, is actively seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager for the Western Region of Pennsylvania and Ohio.

    Renowned for delivering top-notch building envelope solutions that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality, our client stands as a trusted source for building professionals across North America.


    About Our Client:

    With an established reputation for excellence, our client is expanding its team and is on the lookout for a dynamic professional to join as a Territory Sales Manager.

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, benefitting from mentorship and coaching to eventually assume the full responsibilities of the position.


    Responsibilities:
    As the Territory Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to develop and execute sales strategies, targeting distributors and contractors in your territory


    Key responsibilities include:
    Identifying and engaging potential clients within the assigned territory.
    Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to surpass targets.
    Providing comprehensive product knowledge and technical support to customers.
    Collaborating with internal teams for seamless order processing and delivery.
    Staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


    Qualifications:
    Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry.

    Expertise:
    Proven track record of direct sales to distributors and contractors, with a strong understanding of building envelope products

    Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a results-oriented approach.

    Travel:
    Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
