Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of experience eliciting, documenting, analyzing, communicating, and verifying requirements.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience acting as the liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience using business modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing ad hoc reports as required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience monitoring analysis deliverables and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project artifacts.
Desirable Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on information technology (IT) projects in support of governmental agencies.
Possession of current *certification in business analysis (i.e. CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CPRE, or other equivalent industry certification).
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working on IT projects where Microsoft Power Platform was utilized.
Project Duration and location
The term of the project will be 12-24 months.
Location:
Sacramento, CA.
It is preferred for the team to live and work in Sacramento, CA but remote work may be approved upon the client's approval.
