- Maintain nd pply knowledge of current Human Resources nd Safety policies, regulations, nd industrial processes.
- Arrange for ongoing technical training nd personal development classes for staff members.
- Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
- Monitor nd record training activities nd program effectiveness.
- Assist in training sessions for emergency preparedness, confined spaces, electrical safety, machine guarding, fall protection, nd forklift safety.

- Maintain database of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) so they re ccessible t ll times ccording to regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers nd physicians to institute control nd remedial measures for hazardous nd potentially hazardous conditions or equipment.
- Assist in new-employee onboarding nd orientation.
