    Essential Functions:
    • Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Provide general dministrative support to Human Resources nd other departments s needed.
    • Transmit information or documents to employees.
    • Plan, setup, and make ccommodations for on-site visitors.
    • File, retrieve, nd maintain records, documents, nd reports.
    • Attend meetings to record minutes.
    • Makes travel rrangements for traveling employees and candidates'
    • Maintain nd pply knowledge of current Human Resources nd Safety policies, regulations, nd industrial processes.
    • Arrange for ongoing technical training nd personal development classes for staff members.
    • Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
    • Monitor nd record training activities nd program effectiveness.
    • Assist in training sessions for emergency preparedness, confined spaces, electrical safety, machine guarding, fall protection, nd forklift safety.
    • Maintain contingency plans; including fire prevention, severe weather wareness, nd emergency procedures, nd
    • Maintain database of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) so they re ccessible t ll times ccording to regulations.
    • Collaborate with engineers nd physicians to institute control nd remedial measures for hazardous nd potentially hazardous conditions or equipment.
    • Assist in new-employee onboarding nd orientation.
    • Interview contractors nd employees to obtain information about work environments nd workplace incidents.
    • Assist with other departments s needed.
