We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to be the right hand of our dynamic team and support our daily operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
  • Coordinate and manage projects/transactions
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
  • Task management: Help prioritize and follow up on tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the team
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Ascendix and other CRM software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous real estate office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Basic accounting skills using Quickbooks
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
