    Cloud Software Engineer
    • Hospitality Consulting at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Cloud Software Engineer
    • Hospitality Consulting Location: US/REMOTE No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
    The Hospitality Cloud Software Engineer will work with client engineers / architects, and Oracle's Architecture, Consulting, Professional Services, Product Development and Application Development developers/engineers to define technical design and assist in deep technical discussions / POCs for client use cases. The focus will be on solution-level architecture and design, assist leadership with product and customer blueprints.

    Responsible for defining technical design, customizations based on client use cases, help assist creating solution architecture including:
    + Hands-on with Oracle cloud technologies including OKE (Oracle Kubernetes Engine), application containers, OCI Streaming, API management. + Take a lead on cloud/API demos that includes overall cloud environment, API portal, API specifications. + Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problem(s). + Assist leadership in defining hospitality design blueprints, work closely with client architects and engineers. + Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered. + Recommending the project technology stack & integration methods. + Analyzing all non-functional requirements (such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability of a product) and ensure that further product engineering will meet them.

    Senior Software Engineer will have 5 years of technical experience in areas such as:
    + IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development + API Management, API portal, Swagger specs + Cloud native technologies, Kubernetes, application containers, application development, java and/or other programming languages + DevOps, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git

    Hiring Range:
    from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
