    Description


    Our client is an established and leading Center of the Plate distributor in New England who is looking for customer-focused Sales Reps along with 2 Sales Managers.

    These individuals will complete a thorough training program which includes technical training, product training, and in-the-field sales training.

    Upon completion of this extensive training program, the successful candidates will call on foodservice establishments, grocery stores, deli's and butcher shops.

    There could be an opportunity to tap into institutions such as colleges and universities, hospitals, nursing homes, and prisons.


    Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
    Reside in Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in sales and CRM software, as well as MS Office suite. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to travel within the region as needed. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
