    Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims.
    Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communication, enrollment assistance, and data management.
    Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to recommend enhancements to the benefits program.
    Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure effective benefits administration.

    Manage compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA.Assist in developing and delivering benefits-related training and education programs for employees.

    Maintain accurate benefits records and prepare reports for management as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a Human Resources Benefits Specialist or in a similar role.
    In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and best practices.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
