In your apprenticeship, you will focus on sales, logistics, product management, marketing, e-business, and finance.

Over the course of 3 years at Hoffmann, you will rotate through different departments and support your colleagues in planning our product portfolio, as well as procurement, marketing, and sales of our quality tools.

What you will learn in your apprenticeship

During your program as a commercial specialist (m/f/d) for trade, you will attend the Akademie Handel in Munich and be prepared for the IHK certifications of
wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d),
training of trainers (AEVO), and
certified commercial specialist (m/f/d) over the course of 3 years.

In the company, you will put the theory into practice. You will learn how to process orders, create offers, and take care of and advise our customers.

In product management, you will gain insights into product selection and procurement, and towards the end of your apprenticeship, you will even be involved in preparing and conducting negotiation talks.
