    We seek a skilled and self-starting


    TBA
    to join our IT team at Canvas Worldwide.

    You will work closely with the VP of Development & Automation to develop technical solutions by utilizing our developers' and automation tools' resources.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, assisting in discovering new projects, and gathering requirements. This role will also provide exceptional support by managing taxonomy requests support tickets, pulling data, and documenting processes. This role requires experience in the advertising industry and knowledge of technical development and agile methodology.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee taxonomy request queue and collaborate with external and internal partners to ensure accurate taxonomy setup and compliance.
    Analyze and coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
    Assist in requirement gathering and documenting process flows
    Manage project plans and track the completion of tasks
    Maintain project management processes and tools, utilizing agile methodology
    Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
    Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure project success
    Manage project change requests and relay tickets to support the team
    Managing system permissions and user accounts across various platforms, ensuring compliance with Canvas Worldwide policies and procedures.
    Experience working with ad operations, media buying, and finance teams is a plus


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
    2-3 years of experience in the advertising industry, preferably in a technical role (i.e., ad operations, analytics, IT operations)
    Knowledge of technology development and agile methodology
    Experience communicating with large teams
    Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
    Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion on time
    Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    Experience with Mediaocean
    Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or any similar project management tool
    Experience with Azure and SQL a plus

    Salary and Benefits
    Actual base salary is determined by experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity factors. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

    Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a "Do Good Day," and unlimited PTO.
