Overview:
Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and performance.
- Manage daytoday operations, including running the floor, scheduling appropriately for the business demand, touching tabkles and help our employees to ensure we achive a 100% guest satisfaction.,
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure operational success.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall business operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management and nightlife, process improvement, strategic planning, leadership, sales, profit loss management, supervising, and business development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Pay:
$75, $85,000.00 per year
