    Are you a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) looking for a rewarding career opportunity in the field of behavioral analysis? We are seeking a passionate and qualified individual to join our team in the South Side of Chicago and the Chicago southern suburbs.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with autism.
    • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
    • Lead, train, and mentor behavior technicians
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care.
    • Maintain detailed records, service schedules, and progress reports.
    Qualifications:
    • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification.
    • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Team player that can also work independently
    • Ability to lead a team of behavior technicians
    • Ability to drive and make weekly home visits
