    Job Description Position Summary
    The Office Coordinator will be an extension of the Customer Service department responsible for successfully processing customer sales at Cifelli Sausage, LLC. This role will be greeting guests at the front desk, taking orders via phone and email, scanning/filing orders, and maintaining inventory records. This person will be personable and positive, with great time management and organizational skills. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 4:30am to 1:00pm.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring they are connected with the correct department.
    • Coordinate all front desk activities and ensure front desk area is presentable.
    • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including orders, emails, faxes, packages and mail.
    • Receive and review delivery confirmations from our team to ensure proper and successful delivery of products.
    • Review records regularly to ensure all transactions are accurate and up to date.
    • Manage inventory tracking and purchase all facility and office supplies when needed.
    • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by the Office Manager.
    Skills/Abilities:
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Willingness to learn and excel
