    About the job Investment Banking Analyst 2/3, Healthcare M&A

    Our client, a prestigious investment bank, is looking to add an Analyst 2/3 to their Healthcare M&A Team (HC Services and Life Science).

    The role will sit in New York. No Visas or Recent Grads.

    The Healthcare Team services growth-minded healthcare and life science companies and offers analysts an exceptional opportunity to gain direct exposure to clients and senior bankers.

    Analysts play an essential role in developing and managing client relationships.

    They are integral parts of deal teams, taking an active role in the coverage and execution of a broad range of transactions for clients.


    Responsibilities:

    Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, to assess investment opportunities and target company performance in the


    Healthcare Services sector
    Market Research:

    Stay updated on Healthcare industry trends and market dynamics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.


    Deal Support:
    Assist in M&A advisory, equity, and debt capital market transactions by preparing pitch materials, conducting due diligence, and contributing to deal structuring.


    Valuation: Create and maintain complex financial models for company and asset valuations using various methodologies. Managing and Mentoring Analysts.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    1+ years of Investment Banking experience

    Superb oral and written communication skills.

    Takes ownership of work and can perform under pressure.

    Attention to detail.

    US Citizen/Greencard Holder


    Educational Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree.

    Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher


    Salary Details:


    Salary:
    $100,000 - $125,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
