_Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator _A patient care coordinator's primary role is to advocate for patients to ensure that they get the best care possible.
As a part of carrying this role out, they perform administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, entering patient data, scheduling patient visits, and coordinating multiple schedules and taking photos.
This role includes a significant amount of communication, including with patients and their families and various medical professionals.A patient care coordinator synthesizes information from these individuals, such as healthcare goals and patient needs, in a way that is helpful and useful to the patient and all the medical professionals providing them with care.
They also play a role in ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards and requirements and following up with them to ensure those plans are being carried out.
Must have at least 2 years of sales, not limited to prior experience in plastic surgery or aesthetic dermatology, however preferred.
Duties include SALES (without good sales techniques with up sells/crossells/etc) then please do not apply. Must show evidence of a strong background in cold sales, warm lead conversions, step-wise lead nurturing etc.
This is a 9-5pm or 5:30pm M-F position for a STABLE individual. There is a huge upside growth potential.
Strong preference to prior Plastic Surgery Patient Care coordinating will be assessed as superior.
This is not an "easy job" and is very demanding
