    Cosmetic Physician Partners is building a premier network of physician-led aesthetic clinics throughout the United States. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our partner, Wave Plastic Surgery in their Costa Mesa location.

    Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center, which is led by Dr. Peter Lee, is a renowned institution that specializes in advanced anti-aging techniques, plastic surgery, and non-invasive cosmetic treatments.

    As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily administration of doctors, providers, visitors, and patients at the clinic.

    Schedule:
    3 days a week during the hours of Tuesday thru Saturday, 9am - 6pm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome all visitors and direct them to the appropriate party or location in the facility.
    • Assist with front office duties such as: greeting patients, checking patients in, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls.
    • Direct patients to sign-in upon checking them in.
    • Indicate patient as "marked received" or "mark as in" in Nextech.
    • Assist patient to complete Consents & Payments.
    • Verify and enter patient information accurately into the system. Photocopy all information.
    • Hand off patient along with patient's medical file to PCC/MA.
    • Monitor the waiting area to keep track of patients who are waiting to be roomed next.
    • Accurately label patient "Before & After" photos.
    • Communicate effectively with PCC/MA to receive patient after their treatment. Assist patient in pre-booking their next appointment.
    • Handle cash, credit, and check transactions. Collect co-pay and deductibles from patient when necessary.
    • Use proper phone etiquette and greet other employees, physicians, vendors, and patients in a courteous manner.
    • Receive incoming calls and provide appropriate responses or direct calls to the proper individual.
    • Responsible for all opening & closing procedures listed on company checklist, ensure that completed checklist is sent out at the end of every shift via Teams.
    • Responsible for pulling charts to prepare for the following day's appointments.
    • Responsible for the supervision of the collection, processing, storage, retrieval, and distribution of the medical records.
    • Project professional image as a representative of the Center.
    • Act as a liaison between the patient and the Center.
    Job Requirements:
    • Possess excellent customer service skills, friendly and energetic
    • Must be professional and courteous at all times
    • Previous experience as receptionist/patient care coordinator- Medical setting preferred
    • Bilingual English/Mandarin
