- Location: 100% remote for applicants living along the East Coast or in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Flexibility for candidates in the greater Boston area.
- Experience: Five (5) or more years in a similar Commercial P&C agency client manager role. Middle market account expertise (minimum $10k revenue accounts; more preferably $25k-$30k+ revenue account proficiency on average).
- Systems: Strong proficiency with the agency management system Epic. This is a requirement for remote applicants that cannot work in the local Boston office.
- Portfolio: Mostly a generalist book with accounts across various industries the agency specializes in to include construction, real estate, technology, human services, manufacturing, education, and more.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with your accounts.
- Expand relationships with various insurance carriers.
- Market services to accounts.
- Perform account administration.
- Handle renewals.
- Address and resolve any problems/concerns that arise.
