    Description

    About the Role

    Work for a Top 50 national insurance brokerage's New England region as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Plugging into a Boston based service team that's at capacity, they need your expertise to handle the onboarding of new accounts, daily service issues, renewal management, and client consultation. Here's a quick spec on the nuts & bolts of the role.

    • Location: 100% remote for applicants living along the East Coast or in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Flexibility for candidates in the greater Boston area.
    • Experience: Five (5) or more years in a similar Commercial P&C agency client manager role. Middle market account expertise (minimum $10k revenue accounts; more preferably $25k-$30k+ revenue account proficiency on average).
    • Systems: Strong proficiency with the agency management system Epic. This is a requirement for remote applicants that cannot work in the local Boston office.
    • Portfolio: Mostly a generalist book with accounts across various industries the agency specializes in to include construction, real estate, technology, human services, manufacturing, education, and more.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    For new and renewal clients:

    • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with your accounts.
    • Expand relationships with various insurance carriers.
    • Market services to accounts.
    • Perform account administration.
    • Handle renewals.
    • Address and resolve any problems/concerns that arise.
