We have an opening for a motivated, innovative, and strategic Entry Level Client Account Manager.

We are looking for a talented Entry Level Client Account Manager passionate about helping and working with others, creating value, producing desired results, and sales attributes.

Our team demonstrates the ability to drive sales, close deals, crush expectations, and manage contract negotiations for some of the world's most notable brands.


Responsibilities of an Entry Level Client Account Manager:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all potential customers investigating and resolving issues as they arise
  • Build strategic alliances with key clients through community outreach, networking events, campaigns, and sales strategies
  • Use effective customer service and sales techniques to identify customer needs to drive qualified appointments for the Client Account Manager and Sales Teams
  • Set and execute daily tasks and followups with clients
  • Gain an understanding of our business from the ground up
  • Collaborate with other Client Account Managers and management to build on customer service options given current sales opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability for our clients
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of client campaign strategies
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of clients brand, promotional services, and profitability targets

Entry Level Client Account Manager Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Account Management, or Sales is preferred
  • Degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field is preferred
  • The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while adhering to guidelines with a keen sense of detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Understand sales strategies and customer demand
  • Pay attention to market dynamics and work with other Entry Level Client Account Managers to meet client standards for sales, engagement, and service
  • Possess high levels of independence, reliability, and resilience

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
