- Act as a resource partner, supporting the senior regional managers in day-to-day operations.
- Build relationships with different venue partners including venue Experience Managers, General Managers and Operations Managers.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior regional managers including hassles and best practices.
- Partner with senior regional managers on best practices, new programs and creative solutions, sharing wins and challenges.
- Travel to venues to support EM and venue management. As well as assisting with on-site experience and execution.
- Coordinate and manage back-end Fan Services websites.
- Build out communication tools and resources that support thenational EM team.
- Track and analyze data sources to help create solutions to guest feedback and concerns.
- Organize and implement administrative systems, such as Microsoft OneDrive folders, and procedures performing necessary support duties.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferably in Hospitality, Facilities or Management.
- Minimum of 2 years in music venue or like industries.
- Comfortable working both within a team and on your own.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, meeting facilitation skills and the ability to engage others.
- Demonstrated experience finding creative, yet viable solutions.
- Must be able to travel 10-15% of the time.
- Proficient computer skills required including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CANVA.
