- Handling calls, including inquiries and routing
- Processing sales orders and confirmations for web orders
- Coordinating customer logistics and securing freight quotes
- Scheduling deliveries and managing data entry
- Generating client reports using Excel
- Offering solutions to customer issues and handling payment processing
- Administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with keen attention to detail
- 2-3 years' experience in an office customer service role (retail service not applicable)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general office protocols
- Demonstrated progression in work responsibilities
- Reliable, with a dedication to quality and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and follow-up skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
