About the Role:

Job Title: Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

As a Tech Lead, you will spearhead the development of robust applications using for front-end, for back-end, and AWS for cloud infrastructure. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in Java or Python to integrate with complex systems. You will lead a team of developers, ensure adherence to best practices, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Architect, design, and develop scalable front-end applications using
Build and maintain back-end services with
Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and optimize applications.
Implement backend logic and integrations using Java or Python.
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications.

Desired Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in software development.
5+ years of experience with
5+ years of experience with
Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
Experience with Java or Python for backend development

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,0000- $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
