- Enter and manage orders in the company's computer system using QuickBooks and Oracle
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of order information, including customer information, products ordered, quantities, and pricing
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation
- Generate reports and analyze data using Excel to track sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and pricing policies
- Work with other departments, such as warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in order entry, accounts receivable, or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks, Oracle, and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Italian food and wine products is a plus
