KGH is one of the few interdisciplinary autism therapy centers around, and we work together as a team to provide diagnostic services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, developmental, play-based ABA therapy, and mental health services to improve the quality of life for our clients and their family

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented part-time accounting clerk to support our finance department. If you have experience with accounting and/or bookkeeping, and you enjoy making a difference in the lives of children and their families - this opportunity with KGH Autism Services might be a good fit for you


Responsibilities:


What will you do:


The part-time Accounting Clerk will be responsible for a variety of routine accounting tasks including but not limited to data entry, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and payroll support.

The part-time Accounting Clerk works approximately 20 hours per week.


Responsibilities:


  • Record and reconcile cash receipts and daily bank activity
  • Record credit card charges and manage receipts
  • Manage accounts payable, including posting invoices and payments
  • Enter various journal entries into the general ledger system
  • Support biweekly payroll processing
  • Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and allocation
  • Generate and review monthly department budget vs actual reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • High school degree is required; bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Must have knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
