- Participate, assist, and lead kaizen and other improvement events to drive system and process improvement.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in a manufacturing setting
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Prior lean training is highly preferred
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Competence in computer applications, including MS Suite, and the ability to use technology as a decision-support tool

Our client, a well-established provider of customized tooling solutions, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join their team on a 1st shift schedule. This person will support all operational excellence efforts within our client's production facilities. This role will lead and support initiatives and projects related to standardization, waste reduction, 5S, daily start-up meetings, value stream mapping, cost savings, flow, audits, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative to identify areas of opportunity and act; as such, they must be confident to model and champion behaviors and actions that create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, and be comfortable frequently collaborating with Operations, Supervision, and Engineering during and outside of events. This is a direct-hire opportunity that will be fully on-site in White Bear Lake, MN, so only local candidates will be considered.
