    About Us:

    Cordial Health is a dynamic healthcare provider committed to delivering top-notch psychiatric services to residents in nursing homes throughout the New York City area. We are currently in search of a motivated and seasoned Psychiatrist to assume the role of Medical Director.

    Position Overview:

    In the role of Psychiatrist/Medical Director, you will play a pivotal part in leading our team of healthcare professionals, delivering psychiatric care to residents in nursing homes. This is a chance to have a meaningful impact on the well-being of individuals requiring mental health support.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide leadership and direction to our team of clinicians.

    Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medication.

    Collaborate with nursing home staff and other healthcare professionals.

    Ensure the provision of high-quality and compassionate psychiatric care.

    Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans.

    Qualifications:

    Board-certified Psychiatrist.

    Active and unrestricted medical license in New York.

    Preferred experience in geriatric psychiatry.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Compensation:

    Competitive salary ranging from $230,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year, with additional bonuses.
