- Be the expert of SMB ecommerce customers and their needs through qualitative customer feedback, quantitative analysis, and proactive industry research.
- Be the expert of current and upcoming ecommerce related ads product solutions. Partner with product and SMB Growth teams to identify, root cause, and drive progress in top product gap areas to improve product fit and SMB advertiser performance on TikTok.
- Identify top product features and best practice recommendations that would improve SMB's advertising performance, and partner with regional PMMs, SMB Growth teams, regional marketing to drive adoption of those recommendations
- Build holistic ecommerce GTM strategy and positioning for SMBs across current and upcoming product solutions for commerce advertisers. Partner with product GTM and marketing teams to turn the strategy into sales playbooks, and customerfacing content connecting product features into customer benefits.
- 7+ years in product marketing and operations, product strategy, or equivalent function. Experience in a start up environment is a plus.
- Experience doing product deepdives proactively through data analysis and customer insights to identify product gaps, and working with product teams to drive product improvements.
- Experience connecting product benefits with customer needs, and building GTM plans and content to drive product adoption.
- Strong problem solving mindset. The ability to make prompt decisions in a fast paced, ambiguous environment, and proactively influence cross functional teams to push for progress and achieve business results is a must.

The Global Monetization Product & Tech team at TikTok focuses on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes.
This role connects to that vision by helping small and medium businesses (SMBs) adopt the right ads solutions to grow their business on TikTok.
This role will be a part of the SMB Growth team, a function that supports product market fit for SMBs, and is responsible for go-to-market (GTM) strategy in partnership with sales and marketing.
This role will act as "COO" of the SMB e-commerce solutions, and lead a broad set of efforts including determining and improving product market fit for SMB advertisers, and driving product and best practices adoption and building product GTM strategy.
Ability to thrive and drive results in ambiguous and fast paced environment, use strong analytical and customer insights to prioritize and push for product improvements, and have strong sense of ownership to proactively root cause product issues and drive improvements are key skills.
