    Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a < Oracle HCM Developer>

    Position type:
    Duration: <6 months >
    Location: <Remote >

    As a(n) < Oracle HCM Developer>you will:
  • Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
  • Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.
  • Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
  • May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
    • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Candidate must have yrs Oracle HCM experience as a developer with 5 - 10years operational experience within Large/Enterprise level corporate organizations
  • Highly experienced Oracle HCM Developer using the following tools: HDLs/PBLs, Fast Formulas, UDTs
  • Functional knowledge and support experience for HCM applications in Core HR and Workforce Compensation
  • Functional knowledge and support of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Extensive experience with integration technologies i.e. Shell scripting, Informatica, Enterprise Schedulers, File Transfer technology, data security protocols etc.
  • Able to act as a guide to junior members of the team, overseeing their work
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Strong communication skills and work coordination experience
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
