    Description

    Account Manager- Ortho

    FTE- $160-220k OTE

    Remote with travel

    **Must live in EST time zone

    We have a client in the medical device industry who is looking for a strong Account Manager to join their team The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing OEM clients
    • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
    • Create and maintain relationships with high level development teams, clinical advisors, surgeons, and customers to better understand and achieve their needs
    • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
    • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
    • Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding medical device sales

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred
    • 7+ years of account management experience in the medical device industry- preferably experience with orthopedic products
    • Experience managing accounts with major OEMs
    • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role and proven success
    • Experience developing strategic sales plans
    • Willingness and ability to travel
