We are seeking a General Manager to oversee our operations and drive our company's success. As the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and shape the future of our business. If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets, we want to hear from you $100 Million plant revenue with $40,000 million in new equipment.

    Super-clean operation needs a strong leader.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company's objectives and exceed revenue targets.
    • Lead and manage a team of department managers and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. 320 Reports
    • Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners
    • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for employees

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the packaging and containers industry
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives and driving revenue growth
    • Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices
    • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to make strategic decisions and prioritize effectively, guided by a results-oriented mindset
