    Job Description:

    Noble Cellar is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional dining experience for our guests, managing the restaurant's staff and operations, and ensuring that our team consistently delivers exceptional food, wine, and service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Manage day-to-day operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, inventory management, marketing, and financial reporting.
    • Customer satisfaction: Ensure the restaurant provides a high level of customer service and meets the expectations of guests. This involves handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that arise.
    • Staff management: Hire and train new staff members, create schedules, and manage the performance of all employees, ensuring that staff members are adhering to all restaurant policies and procedures and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Financial management: Manage budgets, track and control costs, and monitor and report profitability.
    • Marketing and promotion: Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This may include advertising, social media, and public relations efforts.
    • Compliance: Ensure the restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, labor laws, and other legal requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for the industry: A genuine lover of food, wine, and hospitality, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
    • At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale or fine dining environment.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business objectives.
    • A commitment to providing excellent service to customers, including anticipating their needs and responding promptly to their concerns.
    • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges with grace and composure.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail: The ability to ensure that every aspect of the restaurant's operations meets the highest standards of quality.
    • Awareness of financial management principles, with the ability to learn to manage budgets and record keeping.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
