    Strong successful real estate agent with an adept ability to coach and grow individuals.
    Eager and willing to learn and grow with the team. Adapting to try new ways of performing. You cant grow if you dont learn.

    Expert in the field having 3 years in the leasing, sales, and investments market while maintaining a servant leadership mentality.

    Effective communicator with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
    Adept in the use of technology and systems.




    You must have an active Massachusetts Real Estate License to Apply


    What you will be doing:
    Set the bar high by upholding our mission and values of serving the Boston Community
    Maintain high morals. Work with passion.
    Work closely with our team. Your team is a resource with extensive real estate experience. Use them
    Educate new agents and assist experienced agents on day-to-day operations as well as encompass a sustainable office environment.
    Report and schedule weekly and monthly team statistics and meetings
    Work alongside broker and executive team to help develop and maintain business.
    Recruit & develop motivated agents.
    Help build our brand as a company. Have a vision for yourself and allow others to see it and mirror it.

You can literally guarantee any new or experienced agent the ability to book 25 appointments per week with customers that want a new place to call home In a nutshell, this is a position that delivers tremendous upside and growth potential for any manager.
