**We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Steel Craft plant located in Hartford, WI. We need someone with who can provide exceptional customer service and has a passion for building relationships. If this is you, we encourage you to apply.**

**Position Details** **:**

8:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday

Competitive Pay Rate / based on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

Data entry of diverse information into the system, accounting for credits or discounts, purchase orders and updating customer schedules.

Respond over the phone or via email to customer inquiries, simple problems, delivery dates, pricing, returns and credits and similar information, within established limits of authority and knowledge.

Receive and edit customers orders as to completeness of specifications, prices, customers location, etc., for standardized part sales where procedures are established.

Perform basic inside sales activities which maximize opportunities for increased market share of existing customers or enable the Company to recommend similar applications for new customers.

Provide support to other departments such as assisting with price estimating and quotations for customers and providing data relative to marketing trends, competitive products, pricing and marketing reports.

Assist in updating ISO procedures and sales processes for Department as required by Quality Assurance.

**Job Qualifications:**

Must have high school / GED or similar. Technical education is a plus.

Minimum one (1) year of sales, customer service, or related experience in metal manufacturing environment.

Proficiency using Microsoft office.

Must be able to perform multiple different tasks within a short time period accurately and without sacrificing customer service.

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

ERP / Epicor experience is a plus
