Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with placing quotes and orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or servicerelated issues
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the database
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
• Sales experience is desirable but not required
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay:
From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
