Hiring Immediately for a enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Enfield, CT. The position would start as part-time and become full-time during our busy season.


About Us - At G&B Photography, we specialize in creating amazing portraits of beaming kids from PK through 12th Grade. We believe in preserving the precious moments of childhood that families hold dear for a lifetime.


Responsibilities

• Answering phones and engaging in online chats to help our valued customers with their questions and support needs.
• Ensure every customer feels special by providing exceptional support and solutions.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, leaving no question unanswered.
• Keep the focus on our customers, making their experience with G&B Photography unforgettable.

Desired Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience a plus, but not mandatory.
• A true team player with an eye for detail and a customerfocused mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
