As the Channel Administrator & Support Specialist (CASS), you have a desire to provide best-in-class front-line service to VHL's customers, particularly those working through our digital channel partners. WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? As a front-line concierge for our company, you are responsible for providing top-tier customer assistance. You proactively manage administrative efforts related to these digital channel programs, acting as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including channel partners, bookstores, customers, and internal VHL teams. The CASS ensures smooth operations, accurate tracking, and fosters transparency through data reporting.WHY IS THIS EXCITING? VHL is a growth organization and this newly added position will be an ambassador of the company while also being a key player in achieving our strategic goals. Each day will present new challenges and you will serve both as an internal knowledge expert around program operations and as the primary point of contact for external inquiries and needs.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
    • Proactively coordinate workflows, system updates, data, and stakeholder communications throughout the digital channel programs' adoption lifecycle
    • Support pre-sale coordination around channel program adoptions with operational partnership for VHL Sales
    • Manage channel data to ensure accuracy, enable transparency, and maximize VHL cross-team knowledge around program operations and outcomes
    • Lead communication between channel partners, account/bookstore contacts, and VHL Sales representatives to ensure seamless and successful customer outcomes

    YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
    • Bachelor's degree minimum
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer or sales support, service, or success-oriented role
    • Solid general computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Google Chrome
    • Experience using a CRM and navigating various web-based systems or third-party customer portals
    • Flexibility to accommodate seasonal changes in responsibilities
    • Exceptional communication, active listening, planning and organization, time-management and follow-through skills
    IDEAL IF YOU HAVE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
    • 1+ years of experience working on proactive, multi-stakeholder projects preferred
    • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel-based data reports preferred
    • Experience using Salesforce
    LOCATION - Hybrid Boston/RemoteThis role is a Hybrid Boston, MA/remote work arrangement during the work week and requires three days of in-office time (Tues/Thurs minimum). Our office is located at 500 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. Candidates must reside locally and within a reasonable distance to the office to be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
