- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Perform a variety of interventional pain management procedures, including epidural injections, nerve blocks, RF ablations, and spinal cord stimulation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education on pain management strategies, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects as needed.
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification/board eligibility in Pain Medicine.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or other relevant specialty.
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management from an accredited program preferred.
- Valid medical license in NJ or recent application and in good standing with the medical board.
- DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
- Excellent clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
