    Description

    An FQHC in New York is looking for experienced Pain Management Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team.

    About the Opportunity:

    • Location: Queens County, NY
    • Setting: Outpatient, Primary Care
    • Start: ASAP
    • Length: 6 months+
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9a-5p
    • FT/PT: FT or PT (min 3 days/wk.)
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide direct patient care in a comprehensive pain management department.
    • Multidisciplinary team including physical therapy and CT guided injections available on-site.
    • Primary care, behavioral health and other specialty services also available on site to support.
    Qualifications:
    • NYS State Licensed/Registered and Board-Certified
    • Advanced Practice Provider
    • BC with previous experience required prescribing opioid medications
