    Right now, the Division of Pain Management and Rehab Medicine seeks a Pain Medicine Specialist with expertise in the comprehensive management of higher-risk chronic pain patients to work at our community teaching hospital serving a culturally diverse population. Collaborating with a multispecialty team of physicians, you'll bring your substantial pain management, administrative, and clinical experience and provide care for patients with pain-related medical conditions in an outpatient and inpatient setting. You'll also be responsible for academic, quality assurance, and patient safety and risk management for the division and participate in teaching medical students and residents.

    • MD or DO who has completed an advanced graduate medical education in pain management
    • Licensed to practice in New York State
    • Certified by the ABIM with special qualification in pain management
    • Current ACLS/BCLS certifications
    • Strong clinical and teaching experience in an inpatient healthcare environment in both large academic medical center and community hospital setting
    • Solid work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven health system
    • Strong familiarity with competency-based curriculum for residency training
