    Background & Purpose of the Job

    The Consumer Market Insights (CMI) team mission is to provide inspiration and provocation to drive transformational growth. This pushes us to evolve how we innovate for and engage with our consumers and be a future fit insights team.

    The Global Associate CMI Manager will work across a mix of skin cleansing brands across USA and Latin America, and report into the Senior CMI Manager of New & Emerging Brands & Sustainability. The portfolio of brands this role would manage include: Bath & Body, Rexona, Degree, and Love, Beauty & Planet. It is important that this person possesses a passion for building brands, as our brands are still in very early development days.

    Who You Are & What You'll Do

    • Manage all research on Bath & Body customer-specific initiatives including Find Your Happy Place and Beloved. This will involve developing a deep understanding of customer-specific shopper mindsets and helping the team to craft and design mixes accordingly. In these efforts, you will partner with teams to unlock new growth opportunities and shape the innovation pipelines for the brands, driving incrementality to the portfolios and tapping into emerging trends to feed the funnel.
    • Drive the restage of Dove Bath, working with team to develop and validate a new proposition under Dove, as well as lead the expansion into Latin America.
    • Serve as the Latin American expert on the team and lead all Rexona research. You must become an expert on the Latin American consumer and help the teams in Brazil and Argentina develop the overall brand strategy, craft the mixes and shape the future of this growing brand.
    • Manage research for the USA brands: Degree and Love, Beauty & Planet. Both are new and nascent brands in skin cleansing, and you will work with teams to double their size and position them for growth.
    • Stay aware of new, agile innovation tools and be comfortable with experimenting with research tools.
    • Help to upskill the marketing teams on CMI dashboards, People Data Center tools, and developing CMI briefs. You act as a go-to resource for the team on CMI tools and help develop a training plan.
    • Spearhead the "Get on the Frontline" initiatives for our team.

    What You'll Need To Succeed

    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years related experience in marketing, consumer market insights, innovation, entrepreneurism, professional consulting experience preferred
    • You demonstrate strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills. You should have a founder mentality and bias for action in speed and simplification to embrace new disruptive innovation ideas that transform the business and unlock growth opportunities
    • You are well versed in brand development and readily able to advise the business on (brand) vision, growth/innovation strategies, portfolio strategies, communication strategies and brand positioning
    • You are proactive in identifying new trends and innovation ideas on various categories and act with speed and agility in landing them with the business partners
    • You possess expert influencing skills to be able to partner directly with Global Brand Vice Presidents and Directors
