    Description


    As a Project Lead Manager, you will oversee all qualitative and quantitative market research projects in the US and globally.

    Your role will involve leading a team of project managers and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve project performance and drive operational excellence.

    Must have experience in market research, particularly in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

    The position is based in Bergen County, New Jersey.

    The role is hybrid, requiring office attendance 2-3 days weekly.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Oversee and mentor a team of more than six Project Managers across US and international marketing research projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes through regular coaching and performance evaluations.

    Track project performance using key project scope, timelines, quality, and budget adherence indicators.
    Develop and implement strategies and tools to boost project efficiency and elevate performance quality.
    Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
    Work closely with various departments to estimate costs for project proposals.
    Promote open communication and teamwork among project team members and key stakeholders to ensure success.
    Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns related to projects.
    Regularly update and inform stakeholders about project progress and outcomes.
    Lead review sessions after project completion to pinpoint improvement opportunities and formulate suggestions for future initiatives.

    Requirements:
    Experience in a previous marketing agency.
    Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proficiency in Excel and project management software.
    Knowledgeable in digital transformation processes.
