Background and Purpose of the Job

Who You Are and What You'll
Do:

Associate Brand Manager for Yasso will be held accountable for continuing the integration of the brand on to the Unilever network, systems and planning cycles.

The ABM will support the Brand Manager in leading the Innovation, Communication and Strategy across the U.S. business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and Managing Innovation Pipeline with a cross functional team to ensure packaging, product and customer demands are launched on time and in full.
  • Lead consumer research by partnering with Insights team to conduct research on new innovation, communication assets and product concepts
  • Partner closely with Operations marketing team to ensure flawless execution in market
  • Lead communication briefing and development for creative agency brief and lead the development of final assets
  • Day to Day management includes:
  • Budget and invoices
  • Run and conduct market analysis to understand market trends and opportunities


This position requires strong leadership skills as you will interact with cross-functional business partners, brand partners in multiple categories as well as agencies.

Having a vision and strategic intent will be critical to deliver impactful communications and creative.


You represent
the consumer:

Our work starts with understanding what drives our consumers to purchase, and crafting plans based on those insights, including nuances based on the shopping occasion and retail channel.

This position will require the ability to write up and validate consumer concepts for innovations and communications.

  • Bachelor degree required, MBA a plus
  • 35 years' experience in Brand Marketing, preferably CPG
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of digital and ecommerce
  • Clear demonstration of successful, consistent delivery to the business
  • Clear demonstration of project management & leadership skills
  • Experience working with agencies and media partners
  • Experience working with different customer channels
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a teambased structure
  • Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.
  • Ability to think strategically, both from a brand and portfolio view

Pay:
The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600.

Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.


Bonus:
This position is bonus eligible.


Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
