    Consumer Insights Manager

    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven Consumer Insights Manager to lead our consumer research efforts and provide valuable insights that will inform and shape our business strategy.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and a proven track record of translating data into actionable business recommendations, helping to shape new product development, communications plans, packaging development and other critical projects.

    If you are an experienced Insights Manager with a passion for pets, a preference for hands on ownership of projects and a drive to build new capabilities within a scaling organization, this might be the role for you.

    As our Consumer Insights Manager, you'll make an impact by:

    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key research questions and objectives.

    Developing and executing a comprehensive consumer research strategy aligned with business objectives.


    Designing and overseeing both quantitative and qualitative research studies to gain a holistic understanding of consumer preferences, attitudes, and behaviors.

    Leveraging third party SaaS platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Quantilope, etc.) to establish in-house testing capabilities inclusive of concept screeners, max diff, conjoint and other analysis as needed.

    Analyzing and interpreting research findings, extracting actionable insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business decisions.

    Researching and recommending use cases to leverage AI to efficiently and affordably mine data and develop insights.


    Developing engaging reports and presenting research findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, across all levels of the organization.


    What you need to succeed:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, or related field.

    Proven experience (5+ years) in consumer insights or market research within the CPG industry.

    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methodologies.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Ability to think strategically and provide actionable recommendations based on consumer insights.

    Experience with diverse research methodologies and tools.

    Familiarity with emerging trends in consumer behavior, technology, and market research.
