Role Overview:
The Director of Finance will join our leadership team and provide a strong voice at the table as we grow
our business. The Director of Finance needs to be a financially savvy individual and a strong
entrepreneurial team player. Above all, they must have a strong drive to optimize profitability, and the
ability to shed light on opportunities to do this.
Responsibilities:
Directly lead all aspects of the finance function including, but not limited to, financial planning, reporting and analysis, pricing, cash
forecasting/collections/disbursements,
cost accounting, customer profitability reporting and trade finance
Lead all strategic planning for the organization such as the annual operating plan, long range planning and capital planning.
Lead all reporting for the business both internally and externally to the board and investors.
Actively manage working capital and liquidity through cash forecasting and working closely with leadership to align commitments with resources.
Own and perfect the financial model while bringing all areas of the company into the planning process.
Become an active business partner with other members of the leadership team, providing financial input to all major decisions.
Work closely with all areas of operations including production to drive better cost performance.
Support the sales function of the business by providing detailed reporting and insightful analysis.

Qualifications & Experience
CPA and / or MBA preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Understanding of manufacturing process
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Skills
High level of proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
QuickBooks
Inventory accounting (Dear/CinCor7 or similar)
Excellent communication skills and able to explain financial concepts to non-finance team members
