    The Referral Coordinator for Physical Therapy handles referrals for patients in the department.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Review and management of referral work queue for Physical Therapy.
    • Obtains informed consent under minimal supervision of the investigator(s) and educates participants regarding study requirements.
    • Assign referrals to internal departments.
    • Facilitate communication and assignment of referrals to Trusted Network of Rehab providers, as appropriate.
    • Maintain records and database.
    • Track referrals and report on trends.
    Requirements:
    • High school graduate. College preferred.
