Duties:

What you will do:

  • Coordinate referrals
  • Reach out to doctors office and healthcare facilities to obtain required paperwork
  • Perform general office duties and errands
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications
  • Manage paperwork and data input related to patients and staff
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Assist clinical team with paperwork, data entry and other tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

What you need to have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
  • Great customer service towards customers and coworkers
  • Utmost compassion and integrity

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
Medical Office: 1 year (required)


Ability to Relocate:

  • Rochelle, IL: Relocate before starting work (required)
