    Job Description:
    We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Preconstruction Manager with a strong background in Commercial Mechanical construction.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Estimating, Design Review, and managing the preconstruction process specifically related to Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal projects.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Preconstruction departmentCollaborate closely with the estimating team to ensure accurate estimatesManage a team of Project EngineersLiaise with subcontractors on submittals and Request for Information (RFI)Negotiate subcontract buyoutsInterpret and comprehend project specificationsDevelop master budgets and cost models for HVAC, Piping, and PlumbingMaintain and update cost databasesReview and provide feedback on estimates from others
