Administrator role is to oversee the coordinating of administration for the Executive Role of the president and pre-construction projects to assist the president, project managers, and estimating projects in pre-construction.

The position will work closely with the president/team to meet daily administrative needs with project teams and coordinate with company controller.

Core Job Functions_

Overall Administration for preconstruction projects to assist the team including the president, project manager and estimating
Assist President as needed with adminstrative duties
Assist in coordinating consultants and subs with all information needed to coordinate the preconstruction process.
Assist Accounting in setting up vendors
Assist with sub contractor prequalification process
Manager Sub Contractors COI, W9 and compliance forms
Input/Process Sub Contractor Pay Estimates
Track all subcontracts on a monthly basis
Assist Project Team with obtaining quotes
Gather and monitor all change orders with subcontractors
Process and Track Formal correspondence with all Clients and subcontractors
File all contract and compliance documents
Ensure accuracy of all compliance data
