    Description

    Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

    Our client is a leading employment law firm in the Tri-State area, focusing on sexual harassment and employment discrimination cases of high value. They are currently seeking to expand their team in South Jersey (Mercer County, New Jersey).

    We are searching for a driven associate to assist the firm's partners in all aspects of litigation, such as depositions, legal research, and courtroom representation. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, with specific expertise in wrongful termination and employment discrimination cases being highly desirable.

    This role offers a base salary of 120k, with additional commissions and bonuses that could total 150-160k in the first year and over 200k in the second year.

    Responsibilities:

    • Advocate for employees facing discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes through both class action and individual lawsuits.
    • Prepare various legal documents, including mediation statements, motions, and oppositions, and participate in settlement negotiations.
    • Conduct and defend depositions in employment discrimination and sexual harassment cases, while also managing complaint drafting and legal deadlines.
