Jake Rubinstein

May 2023 J.D. graduate from Brooklyn Law School. Graduated cum laude with a certificate with distinction in Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law. I have prior internship experience with an IP and entertainment law firm, a Major League Soccer (MLS) club's in-house legal department, and an sports agency. I was also a member of the Brooklyn Incubator and Policy (BLIP) Clinic at BLS. 
I am seeking opportunities primarily within a law firm's trademark, copyright, or entertainment practice group. I am also open to in-house roles, transactional or litigation positions, or opportunities within a labor or employment practice group.

I graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in May 2020 with a B.A. in Government & Politics. I also received a General Business Minor from University of Maryland.
