- Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Prepare presentations, reports and other materials for senior executives, including the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate due diligence activities and lead meetings with internal project teams and external parties.
- Assist in transaction structuring and negotiation.
- Manage the internal M&A reporting process.
- Produce completive intelligence research.
- Conduct transaction retrospective analyses.
- Complete various requests and projects.
- 10 years of relevant experience, 5+ years of M&A experience, ideally with 2+ years of Corporate Development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a similar area
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Google suite a plus
- Financial analysis and modeling expertise
- Baseline level of negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, as well as work through ambiguity
- Good communication skills and ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, business owners and other third parties
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete assignments with limited oversight
