    Description

    The Role

    Join us as a Health and Benefits Lead Associate where you'll play a key role in various complex projects related to health and benefit programs. You'll be the project manager for select projects, collaborate with vendors and clients, produce client deliverables, and uphold quality standards.

    This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your expertise in health and benefits, project management, finance, and client relations by working on innovative projects alongside industry experts.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Make significant contributions to health and benefits projects
    • Collaborate with the client service team leader for effective project management
    • Offer proactive advice and superior client service
    • Prepare and conduct client meetings
    • Assist in benefit plan analysis, design, and cost-saving strategies
    • Engage subject matter experts to address client needs
    • Review client deliverables and ensure alignment with objectives
    • Conduct benchmarking studies and provide analyses
    • Assess and compare vendor products and services
    • Build internal relationships and work effectively in teams
    • Review work and mentor junior staff

    The Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in health and welfare plans
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively
    • Excellent client service and communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated and a team player
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • State Life and Health license required within 90 days
    • CEBS designation or related training preferred
